The best way to establish a relationship with a potential client is to become a source of knowledge. Once you’ve determined the typical problems your customers are trying to solve, think about offering some free information or DIY ways to troubleshoot the small things that crop up.
By becoming a resource for the small, day-to-day items, you will quickly gain trust and brand loyalty. When a larger problem that requires your services arise, the client who has found you to be a trustworthy source of knowledge is more likely to pick up the phone and call you. This works in much the same way as this post. We are politely asking that you consider us as the solution to your problem and get in touch.
